Summer Camp
During the summer months the center runs a very special Summer Camp Program for pre-school, kindergarten and school ages children.
Our summer program offers a variety of great opportunities to enrich learning and most of all, fun. Our educators put a lot of thoughts and effort into planning of the program taking into consideration ages, learning outcomes and most of all fun and enjoyment that makes children look forward to spending summer at Pleasant.
Our summer program includes field trips twice a week to exciting places like Ripley’s Aquarium, Science Center, Zoo, Legoland, Petticoat Creek to mention a few. We also have scientists, magicians and community helpers coming into our centers to entertain and educate the children on non- trip days. Whether on field trips or in the center, the objectives are the same, to offer enriched educational experience and to have fun.
Light snacks are provided in the afternoon.
Spaces in the summer program are available on first-come-first-serve basis and preference is given to children already registered in the daycare center. Pre-school children participate automatically.
